OUR PROCESS

Time honoured tanning techniques to deliver the finest quality Leather.

STEP 1 : SOURCING THE SKINS

New Zealand’s extensive natural pasture, wholesome grasses, and cooler-consistent climate produces a thicker and elevated quality skin perfectly suited to making chamois’ because of their protein structure, size, weight, and strength.

STEP 2 : SPLITING THE SKINS

Depending on the requirements, the skins are assorted after passing through multiple quality assurance tests.

STEP 3 : TANNING THE SPLIT

The assorted skins are then tanned with marine oils which makes the chamois durable, absorbent and soft, while leaving a shine post drying.

STEP 4 : PACKAGING

Lastly, the tanned skins are thoroughly packaged using practices that meet international shipping standards and transported to our consumers that include globally acclaimed health care, automotive brands.
